As part of our commitment to providing the best trading experience to our customers, we want to inform you of upgrades to our servers throughout April.

Maintenance 1 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 4 April 2026, 08:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 4 April 2026, 22:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: ALL cTrader Servers

Please note:  This is monthly maintenance of the cTrader platform. During maintenance, the cTrader services may become unavailable for a short period of time.

Maintenance 2 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 4 April 2026, 15:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 4 April 2026, 17:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: IC VPS MT5 Access Servers

Please note: This maintenance will be driven by resources upgrade. During this upgrade Access Servers will be unavailable. Clients connected to these Access Servers will be reconnected to another one.

Maintenance 3 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 4 April 2026, 13:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 4 April 2026, 15:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: MT4 Demo03

Please note:  During maintenance, trading operations on the server won’t be available.

Maintenance 4 : Windows OS Patching

Start: Saturday, 4 April 2026, 08:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 4 April 2026, 08:30 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: MT Proxy Servers

Please note:  The impact to a given machine is a 10 minute outage as the system is rebooted. Client-facing services will be automatically restored after the patching is completed.

Maintenance 5 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 4 April 2026, 14:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 4 April 2026, 15:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: MT5 Live1

Please note:  During the maintenance, server might be restarted a multiple times..

Maintenance 6 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Sunday, 5 April 2026, 03:10 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End:  Sunday, 5 April 2026, 05:30 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: ALL MT5 Servers

Please note: During the maintenance window, servers will be restarted multiple times. Temporary service interruptions will occur while these restarts are in progress.
