As part of our commitment to providing the best trading experience to our customers, we want to inform you of upgrades to our servers throughout January.

Maintenance 1 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 24 January 2026, 09:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 24 January 2026, 11:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: cTrader Live 2 and Trading View platform

Please note:  During this maintenance window, clients may experience temporary server downtime or limited access to the platform on Ctrader and Trading View.

Maintenance 2 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 24 January 2026, 02:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 24 January 2026, 18:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: BDC (Except Production MTs) & All MT Proxy Servers

Please note:  This maintenance will be driven by Windows OS patching. The impact to a given machine is a 15–30 minute outage as Windows OS updates are applied and the system is rebooted. Client-facing services (Meta and Hub) will be automatically restored after the patching is completed.

Maintenance 3 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 24 January 2026, 16:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 24 January 2026, 18:30 GMT +2 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: NY – All MT Proxy Servers

Please note:  During this network maintenance window, systems hosted in these data centers may experience intermittent disconnections.

Maintenance 4 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 24 January 2026, 11:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 24 January 2026, 14:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: Demo03, and Demo04

Please note:  During maintenance, trading operations on the server won’t be available.

Maintenance 5 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Sunday, 25 January 2026, 02:10 GMT +2 (Server Time)
End:  Sunday, 25 January 2026, 04:30 GMT +2 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: ALL MT5 Servers

Please note:  During the maintenance window, servers will be restarted multiple times. Temporary service interruptions will occur while these restarts are in progress.
