Important Notice Regarding Service Changes for You

Dear Customer

Raw Trading Ltd (“IC Markets Global”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”) wishes to inform you that, due to compliance reasons, we have made the business decision to discontinue services to residents from your country.

To minimise the impact of this decision, your services will be seamlessly transferred to IC Trading, a financial services provider licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (license number: GB21026834).

Please review the following details on how this change will affect you and the necessary actions you need to take.

The change of your service provider

On 11 May 2024, your trading account(s) with IC Markets Global will be transferred to IC Trading. Consequently, your business relationship with IC Markets Global will officially end, in line with clauses 4.7, 27 and 28.6 of the IC Markets Global Terms and Conditions. Your new business relationship will be automatically established with IC Trading as part of this change and service migration.

How will the change of service provider impact you?

We assure you that your trading will not be impacted. On 11 May 2024, your customer profiles, trading accounts, any remaining account balance, and open positions (if any) will be transferred to IC Trading. Your Trading Account and Client Area login credentials will remain unchanged.

You will receive an email regarding how to log into your IC Trading Trade account and Client Area once the transferred is completed. For your convenience, a quicks-start guidance is summarized below:

For MetaQuotes Platform Users, please select the 'ICTrading' server in your next login with IC Trading.

For cTrader Desktop Users: Please download and install the ICT cTrader platform for your next login.

For cTrader Mobile App Users: Please download and install cTrader mobile app for your next login.

Please head to IC Trading Client Area (https://secure.ictrading.com) to manage your trade account, initiate deposits and withdrawals, and access our comprehensive range of services.

What you need to do?

We kindly request that you review the legal documents provided below, which will govern your relationship with IC Trading and the trading services they offer.

What if I do NOT want to change?

If you choose not to migrate to IC Trading, please notify us via email or phone within the next 14 days, by the market close time on 10 May 2024. If we do not receive your objection within this time frame, your customer profiles, trading accounts, any remaining balances, and open positions (if any) will be automatically transferred to IC Trading on 11 May 2024.

What happens to my IC Markets Global Account(s) if I choose not to migrate?

Your trading accounts with IC Markets Global will be terminated and you are required to close any open positions by 10 May 2024; otherwise, they will be automatically closed at the market price on the day. Once all your positions are closed, you are then required to withdraw any remaining balance(s) at your earliest convenience.
