Secure Client Area Access

 

How do I access my Secure Client Area?

Some clients are already experiencing the benefits of our Secure Client Area. For those of you that do not yet have access we have linked all of your live trading accounts to your Secure Client Area for your convenience.

 

Gaining access is as easy as following the  simple steps outlined below.

Step 1

After clicking on the “Sign In” button you will be directed to the sign in page of our Secure Client Area.

As you have not yet been issued with a username or password you will need to click on the “Forgot password or login?” link to the right hand side of the login button. This is illustrated in the image below.

Step 2

After clicking on the “Sign In” button you will be directed to the sign in page of our Secure Client Area.

Step 3

After clicking on the “Forgot password or login?” link a popup will appear requesting you to enter your email address and request a new password. This is illustrated in the image below.

In the email field you must enter the same email address that you provided us when opening your trading account. This is also the email address that your daily statements are sent to.

If you use a different email address to the address assigned to your account you will be unable to access the secure client area. 

After you have entered your email address  please click on the “Request New Password” button. Clicking on this button will generate an automated email containing a temporary password. Your temporary password will be sent to the email address that you have entered.

Step 4

Check your email account and open the email titled “Secure Client Area Password Reset”. This email contains the username and temporary password for your Secure Client Area. Once you log into the secure client you will be prompted to change your temporary password.

After nominating a new password you will be able to access your Secure Client Area.
