Forex News: Weekly

EUR/USD: Weekly view: The weekly timeframe shows that equal buying and selling pressure was seen last week from both the weekly supply zone coming in at 1.1449-1.1278, and a weekly swap level seen at 1.1051. This consequently forced the market to print a clear weekly indecision candle. The past two months have been the most we’ve seen the Euro pair rally since price began its descent back in May 2014. In spite of this, our long-term bias still remains south and will continue to ... Read More

EUR/USD: Weekly view: Last week’s action saw the Euro rally a cool 330 pips from open (1.0859) to close (1.1192). This move consequently saw price close above the weekly swap level seen at 1.1096, and at the same time, ‘touch gloves’ with a major weekly supply zone coming in at 1.1449-1.1278. This has been the most we’ve seen the Euro rally since price began its descent back in May 2014. In spite of this, our long-term bias still remains south and will continue... Read More

EURUSD: Weekly view: Overall, the weekly timeframe still shows that the Euro is trending south, and has been for nearly a year now. Despite this, the weekly demand area seen at 1.0333-1.0502 has been able to support this market since mid-March. Last week’s trading did see a slight advance, but not really anything to get excited about since it has not really changed the overall structure of this timeframe. The outlook for this pair is still south in our opinion and will only chan... Read More

EUR/USD: Weekly timeframe perspective: The Euro was incredibly active last week. A considerable 400-pip move south was seen from just below a major weekly swap level coming in at 1.1096, consequently engulfing the prior week’s candle and forcing the Euro to close at 1.0598. In the event that we see further selling this week, its likely prices will once again cross swords with a major weekly demand area sitting at 1.0333-1.0502. Daily timeframe perspective: Follo... EUR/USD: Weekly timeframe perspective: The Euro pair may well have ended the week closing positively at 1.0966, but let’s not forget that price has been and still is trading only a stone’s throw away from a major weekly swap (resistance) level coming in at 1.1096. In the event that price manages to get above this barrier this week, further upside will likely be seen towards a weekly supply area positioned at 1.1449-1.1278. Daily timeframe perspective: Look...
