Important Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To resume trading after the maintenance, please ensure that you connect to the updated server by manually searching for it and logging in using your existing credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you download a new version of the trading platform or mobile app, the updated servers will be available by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon your first login after the update, you may be prompted to update your password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 If you do not wish to reinstall the platform, you can follow the steps below to manually add and connect to the updated server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the MT5 platform<\/strong> on your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to the File tab <\/strong>in menu ( top-left corner ).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Open an Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the search bar, re<\/strong>-type: “Raw Trading Ltd”  <\/strong>press Enter<\/strong> then Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select Connect with an Existing trade Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select ICMarketsSC-MT5-6<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Enter your Login ID<\/strong> and Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click Finish<\/strong> to complete the login process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. The platform will prompt you to update<\/strong> your password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
