Job Details

New Customer Service roles have been created to assist our rapidly growing client base in over 180 different countries.

The great thing is we are an online business! This means most of our contact with our clients is done online, either through our live chat software or via email.

For this reason we are looking for applicants with strong reading and writing skills, who are passionate about providing great service and willing to go the distance to help our clients.

Responsibilities

Key day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Online chat operator/support

  • Inbound support for clients on the MetaTrader 4 and cTrader platforms

  • Dealing with technical related queries regarding the trading platforms

  • Conducting client trade investigations and problem solving

  • Seeking out client and partner opportunities to generate more business

  • Assisting clients on the phone, live chat and email

  • Liaising with multiple departments to resolve customer queries

The Candidate

All candidates must possess the following essential skills:

  • Be able to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities quickly

  • Be numerically proficient and able to work with numbers

  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of IT and be comfortable in solving technical issues across various software

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Must be proactive and take ownership of tasks

  • Must have a positive attitude and be willing to communicate with customers

  • Have ambition and desire to progress within the company

Desirable skills:

  • Sound decision making

  • RG146 general advice qualification

  • Intermediate to advanced work and excel skills

  • Tertiary qualification in a finance related degree
